Good coffee is not done over night, it takes many generations of hard work, sacrifice, trial and error. To produce the best coffee in the world is a complex process, you must have passion, dedication and patiences. I was lucky to visit and to learnt the making of the best coffee in the world at different coffee farms in Chiriqui, province of Panama. This experience could not have been the same if I was not also lucky enough to have shared it with the best world cupping champions. After this journey my coffee mornings have never been the same, while I drink a cup of coffee I think of all the effort and passion of all the people involved in the making of that one cup of coffee that brings a sweet smile on my face.
Wake up and smell the coffee!
